U-Pick or We-Pick Information
Come on out and pick your own fruit and vegetables, or if you prefer, we will pick them for you. U-pick blueberries and raspberries will be offered in 2007.
Ordering Information
Inquire about pricing, availability, and shipping. We take pre-orders for fruit and vegetables by mail, email, or phone. Once advance payment (check or money order) is received, your order will be prepared for pick at our orchard in Malott, at the Des Moines farm market, or another mutually accepted location. We will also ship orders (call us to determine applicable shipping charges).
Where To Find Us
Our orchard/garden is located 1.5 miles south of Malott on Old Highway 97. For those of you not familiar with the tiny town of Malott, it is half-way between Brewster and Okanogan. For those familiar with slightly larger towns, it is approximately 90 miles north of Wenatchee and about 60 miles south of Canada.
You can also find us at the Des Moines Waterfront Farm Market just south of Seattle. We belong to the Okanogan Producers Marketing Association (OPMA), which is a farmers’ cooperative that participates every Saturday at the Des Moines farm market. Also refer to www.farmingandtheenvironment.org (Farming and the Environment) and learn about stewardship and sustainable farming practices.
